Small Groups Leader: Mike Sypult Life is meant to be shared. God intends for us to experience life together. The Bible calls this fellowship. Real fellowship is much more than just showing up at services. It is experiencing life together. It includes unselfish loving, honest sharing, practical serving, sacrificial giving, sympathetic comforting, and more “one another” experiences. When it comes to fellowship, size matters – smaller is better.
That’s why at Friendship, we encourage you to get into a small group. We offer various affinity small groups that meet weekly in homes. No matter where you are in life, there’s something for everybody!
“For where two or three have gathered together in my name, I am there in their midst” (Matthew 18:20 NIV).
Friendship has home-based small group Bible studies that meet at various times throughout the week. Groups are no larger than 12 people and typically meet for one to two hours. Small groups are led by members who agree to open their homes, serve refreshments and utilize church approved DVD curriculum for the Bible study.
